Morning liquid blend for high energy. I find these combinations of fruit create a nice synergy from the fiber of the banana and apple, nutrients from the grapefruit and lemon. This is a really good smoothie for athletes and it’s one I’ve blended consistently that has improved my cycling. Use this for standard breakfast and/or post workout meal.
